Sorrell Mathes - Chairman

Sorrell M. Mathes is Chairman of The Mathes Company, Inc. His prior affiliations include Merrill Lynch, where he served as Managing Director and head of the Firm's Emerging Growth Companies and Technology Investment Banking and as Chairman of Merrill Lynch Venture Capital. Subsequently, Mr. Mathes was Managing Director and head of Corporate Finance at Prudential Securities and spent two years as President of Clariden Asset Management (New York) Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Clariden Bank in Zurich.

Mr. Mathes was a Managing Director at Warburg Paribas Becker, Inc. prior to its purchase by Merrill Lynch. Mr. Mathes is a former member of the Corporate Finance Committee of the National Association of Securities Dealers and a former Chairman of the Corporate Finance Committee of the American Stock Exchange. He has served as a Hearing Panelist for the New York Stock Exchange.

Mr. Mathes is currently or has been a Director of a number of corporations, including HTH Worldwide, Swiss Re Alternative Assets LLC, Securitas Capital, LLC, SalvageSale, Inc, Fox-Pitt, Kelton Group Limited, Nascent Group S.A., Whatman plc, Starrett Housing Corporation, BIW Cable Company, Novametrix Medical Systems, Gulf Republic Financial Corp. and Potomac Homes Holding Corporation. He was Chairman of the Board of The New York Eye and Ear Infirmary until its merger into The Mount Sinai Hospital system. Mr. Mathes holds a BA from Cornell University and an MBA from Columbia University.

Richard C. Mathes - President

Mr. Mathes was an analyst in the Cash Management Department at the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company from 1990 to 1994.

From 1997 to 1999 Mr. Mathes was an assistant in the Equity Research Department of Fidelity Management and Research Company.

Mr. Mathes joined The Mathes Company in 1999.

Mr. Mathes received a BA from Kenyon College, Gambier, Ohio, in 1989, and an MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College in 1997.

Helen Degener - Vice President

From 1981 to 1994, Ms. Degener was a Vice President at Morgan Guaranty Trust Co.

Ms. Degener was a Senior Vice President at Fiduciary Trust Co. from 1994 to 1999.

Ms. Degener joined The Mathes Company in 1999.

Ms. Degener received an AB from Lake Erie College for Women, Plainesville, Ohio, in 1963. She has also attended the University of Copenhagen (Copenhagen, Denmark), Worcester State College (Worcester, Massachusetts), Clark University (Worcester, Massachusetts), New York University Graduate School of Education and New York University Graduate School of Business (New York, New York).

J. David Adler – Managing Director

Mr. Adler was a Managing Director at The Winchester Group from 1996 to 2013.

Mr. Adler joined The Mathes Company, Inc. in 2013.

Mr. Adler received a BA from Georgetown University in 1963 and an MBA from Columbia University in 1965.

Thomas R. Settle – Managing Director

Mr. Settle was a Managing Director at The Winchester group from 1991 until 2013.

Mr. Settle joined The Mathes Company, Inc. in 2013.

Mr. Settle received a BA from Muskingum College in 1963 and an MBA from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania in 1965.
